 If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


 

 

1. Personalized Products

1.1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

1.2. Please make sure all details entered during the personalization process are correct, as we cannot amend errors once the order has been completed.

 


 

 

2. Non-Personalized Products

2.1. For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

2.2. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

 


 

 

3. Return Procedure

3.1. To initiate a return, please email us at help@foreverinwords.com with the following details:

 

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (in case of a defect or damage)

 

3.2. Once approved, we will send you the instructions for returning the product.

3.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.

 


 

 

4. Defective or Damaged Products

 4.1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
